SUNBIRD ON PINCUSHION

"Captured on the same coastal trip as our King Protea, this piece comes from a lucky photo taken just as a rain shower cleared. A faint rainbow appeared in the sky, and a female sunbird landed on the highest spiky pincushion. We transformed this moment into a clean, minimalist black-and-white line art. While this design focuses on texture and form, that original background rainbow was the direct inspiration for the multi-coloured flowers in a watercolour version.
